The training is mandatory for all employees, including Title IX Coordinators, Investigators, Advisors, Hearing Panel Participants, and Informal Resolution Specialists. The training emphasizes staff responsibility, reporting obligations, and mitigating liability while fostering a safe, compliant educational environment.
Title IX Grievance Procedures
LIFE3 Academy's Title IX Grievance Procedures provide a structured process for addressing complaints of sex discrimination or harassment. Complaints first go to the principal, who investigates and responds within 10 days. If unresolved, the Title IX Coordinator conducts a further review and issues a decision within 10 days. If the issue persists, the complainant may appeal to the Board of Trustees, which makes a final decision based on records from previous steps. This process ensures fairness, compliance, and protection against retaliation.

The FY 2025 Salary Matrix outlines the state minimum salary schedule for classroom teachers based on their public school experience and educational qualifications under a 187-day contract. The salary schedule includes pay differentials for teachers holding Bachelor’s, Master’s, Educational Specialist, and Doctoral degrees, as well as non-degree holders.
